Department of Pathology conducted a three days Value Added Course on “Museum Techniques & Mounting” from 28^th Feb 2023 to 02^nd March 2023. Junior Residents from Surgical Department & Department of Pathology participated in this workshop. On the first day, 28^th Feb, the students were exposed to the history of Museum through the ages. Information on Museum Techniques was followed through a series of lectures by the senior faculty in the Department.

            On the second day, 1^st March 2023, lecture was conducted on procedure of specimen mounting and important Museum Techniques along with demo of the same. The last day, 2 March 2023 was primarily focussed on Hand on Training for all the participants.  The specimen were mounted by the residents themselves, which were gifted back to them as a token of appreciation. Total 22 residents completed this Value Added Course on Musuem Techniques and Mounting.
