Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) had organized a session on ‘Personality Development and Grooming’ on Monday,9^th December, 2024 from 10.00 am to 11.30 am along with Centre of Career Enrichment & Advancement, VSPM AHE, Nagpur.

 The training was conducted in collaboration with M/s Procter & Gamble under its flagship program “Kar Lo SAFALTA mutthi mein”.

At the outset, Dr. Kajal Mitra, Director, Academics & Accreditations, VSPM AHE informed the students that the program has been designed to empower them to build confidence. This will help them groom and excel in their upcoming professional journey.

Director, IQAC Dr. Mohana Majumdar emphasized the role of communication to bridge the gap between confusion and clarity. She elaborated that the art of communication is the language of leadership which appears to be a small thing, but makes a big difference in long run.

Total 82 participants benefitted from the program. Dr.  Shilpa Hajare, Assoc.Professor, Dept. of Community Medicine presented vote of thanks. All the staff of IQAC worked hard for the success of the program.
