On the occasion of the 75 th Independence Day –Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav, IQAC organized a Rangoli competition for all the staff members (Teaching and Non-Teaching) as well as for the students. The theme of the competition was “75 years of triumph of Indian freedom struggle”. The participants had to make the rangolis on 13 th (Sat) August 22. The announcement of results and prize distribution was held on 15 th august 22 at the hands of Dr. Subhash Deshmukh, Vice Chairman, VSPM AHE and Hon. Dean Dr. Kajal Mitra. The judges for the competition were Dr. Subhash Deshmukh, Vice Chairman, VSPM AHE and Mrs. Keerti Jambhulkar, wife of Mr. Jambhulkar, DIG, CRPF, Nagpur.

The prizes were given in 2 categories and the winners were as follows:

1 st prize: Paediatrics department (Dr Akansh, Dr Neha)
2 nd prize: Medicine department (Dr Swapnil, Dr Nikita, Dr Ankita, Dr Aditya)
3 rd prize: Supervisor NKPSIMS team (Rekha Kokade, Riya Waghmare, Premsheela tembhurne, Durga Shende)

Solo
1 st prize: Vandana Limje (Staff Nurse-NICU)
2 nd prize: Dr Neena Nagdeo (Prof. & HoD-Microbiology department)
3 rd prize: Rashmi Hande (Clerk-Clinical skills laboratory)
