Organised by department of Radiodiagnosis NKPSIMS and RC & LMH Nagpur in association with MSBIRIA and MCR was conducted on 12 th SEPT 2021.

The activities and highlight
A workshop was conducted for continuing learning for postgraduate students focusing mainly on demonstration of lower limb venous Doppler, Doppler findings in varicose veins and endovascular laser ablation of varicose veins.

Workshop commenced with a presentation and brief explanation on lower
limb venous Doppler.

Live demonstration with detailed description of ultrasonography of normal venous Doppler study and demonstration of techniques, how to avoid complications, how to do self-learning was performed. Venous Doppler in
varicose vein subject was also demonstrated.

Workshop continued by demonstration of Endovascular Laser Ablation of varicose vein, including pre-requisites, indications and contraindications of the procedure.

Workshop concluded with faculty discussing and solving queries of students. All the faculty members worked hard for the success of the programme.
