MET Unit of NKP SIMS & RC and LMH, Nagpur conducted a guest lecture for MBBS students on NIRMAN which is a youth development initiative of SEARCH (Gadchiroli) started by (Padma Shri) Dr.Abhay Bang & Dr. Rani Bang. The session was conducted by Mr. Gajanan  Burde (Project Coordinator – NIRMAN) & Mr. Prathamesh  Dhadse (Project Fellow – NIRMAN).The session touched upon Orientation, Framework & inputs for a flourishing life, Examples of youth who are pursuing a purposeful life, Workshops and Various educational resources, extension and out-reach activities, community services and other social issues. It was followed by a question answer session.145 students attended this lecture. The event was coordinated by Mr Shrikant and Mr Shubham, MBBS students of the college under the guidance of Dr Madhur Gupta & Dr Anne Wilkinson, MET Unit and Hon Dean Dr Kajal Mitra.
