Undergraduate cell of NKPSIMS & RC had organised Dean’s Address for First MBBS (2023 Batch) students on 26^th September 2023. This address was attended by students with their parents in large number.

            Dr. Kajal Mitra, Dean NKPSIMS & RC congralulated all the students for entering a nobel profession. He empharized for need of meticulous planning, time management and dedication for becoming a good doctor. He said that hardwork & regular attendance will definatly help students for successful career in Medical field.

            In this address the Heads of Anatomy Dr. Deepali Onkar, Physiology Dr. Manish Sawane, Biochemistry Dr. Madhur Gupta and community Medicine Dr. Ajeet Saoji welcomed the first MBBS students and briefed them about the subjects. Dr. Neena Nagdeo UG Cell Incharge informed students & parents that all the information from NMC, University & Institute will be communicaed from time to time.

            Dr. Vilas Thombare, Vice Dean informed about Anti Ragging measures taken by the institute. Dr. Mohana Majumdar Director of IQAC elaborated on the code of conduct which is to be followed in the institute. This was followed by a white coat ceremony in which students took the blessings of their parents and Dr. Kajal Mitra Dean gave them an Oath before entering this Nobel profession.

            Dr. Deepa Ajit Kumar Lecturer Department of Opthalmology conducted the proceeding & proposed the vote of thanks.
