The six month training programme of  111 CHO (Community Health Officer) for the year 2021-2022 of Modern Midlevel Service Provider Certificate course was conducted  from 01/03/2021 to 25/08/2021 by the department of Ophthalmology. Due to Covid 19 Pandemic, the classes were conducted in the form recorded videos on the following topics.

3. Conjunctivitis, Pterygium
4. Corneal ulcer
5. Basics of cataract
6. Ocular injuries
7. Awareness of ROP
8. Eye Banking and Vitamin A deficiency
9. Diabetic retinopathy
10. Hypertensive retinopathy

Clinics were conducted on:

1. History taking
2. Ocular examination
