The Department of Pathology had organised an Interdepartmental activity on Tuberculosis on Thursday 27/01/2022 for II MBBS -2019 Batch on Google Meet. Dr. S.A. Maimoon, Prof.& HOD Pathology gave the opening remarks and Dr. Archana Joshi, Asso. Prof., Pathology introduced the topic.

Departments of Respiratory Medicine, Pathology, Microbiology and Pharmacology participated in the integrated seminar. Dr. Anil Sontakke from Respiratory Medicine spoke on clinical manifestations of Tuberculosis. Dr. Kajal Hatgaonkar from Pathology, covered the Pathology of Tuberculosis. Dr. Umesh  Hassani from Microbiology discussed the various laboratory methods of diagnosis and Dr. Siddiqui from Pharmacology covered the various drugs and treatment regimens used in Tuberculosis.
