BLOOD DONATION CAMP at KATOL for 75TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION OF HON’BLE CHAIRMAN OF NKPSIMS & RC
On the occasion of 75TH birthday of Hon’ble Chairman Shri Ranjeetbabu Deshmukh Sir, a blood donation camp was organized on 29 May 2021.
Camp was organized by the staff of Lata Mangeshkar Hospital, Katol.
At the outset, Dr. Kishor Dhoble , Med. officer LMH, Katol welcomed all & motivated donors specially female donors to donate blood voluntarily. Dr.Mrunalini Wankhede, B.T.O, LMH, Nagpur explained that in view of ongoing COVID Pandemic, there is extreme shortage of blood & patients requiring regular blood transfusions like sickle cell and Thalassaemia are affected.
46 donors voluntarily donated blood on the occasion including staff & interns posted in LMH Katol. Blood donors were felicitated with certificates, & T-shirts.

LMH Katol team led by Dr. Kishor Dhoble & staff worked hard for the successful organisation of the camp.
At the end, Dr. Mrunalini Wankhede (B.T.O) thanked the donors for their outstanding contribution in this social cause.
