The MET Unit faculty conducted a “Resident as a Teacher” two full day workshop for Residents of NKP SIMS & RC and LMH of various departments on 22^nd & 23^rd April 2025.

30 residents participated in the interactive workshop which included sessions on combination of didactic instruction, practical exercises, and reflective activities designed to enhance residents’ skills in teaching, microteaching and feedback.

Nine MET faculties along with Dr Madhur Gupta, MEU Director conducted the sessions which were highly appreciated by the young and enthusiastic participants of the workshop.

Dr Ann Wilkinson, Secretary MEU proposed the vote of thanks and took feedback of the workshop. The participants were happy with the updated knowledge they gained as per the feedback received. The efforts taken for the program was appreciated by Hon Dean Dr. Sajal Mitra.
