The 75^th Independence Day –AzadikaAmrutmahotsavwas celebrated with great enthusiasm in the institute. All the HODs gathered at 8:30 am maintaining social distance.  Guard of honor was given at 08:45 am opposite to the main entrance of LataMangeshkar Hospital.

Dean NKPSIMS & LMH, Dean VSPM Dental College, Director VSPM College of Physiotherapy, Principal Nursing College welcomed chief guest Honorable Dr.SubhashDeshmukh, Vice Chairman, VSPM AHE.

Flag hosting was done by chief guest Honorable Dr.SubhashDeshmukhat 09:00 am followed by national anthem. Teachers of Ophthalmology department and nursing college Digdoh Hills, Nagpur sang patriotic songs.
On occasion of AzadikaAmrutMohatsavRangoli competition was organized &there was an overwhelming response by the teachers, non-teaching staff and students.
