Department Of HICC /Microbiology
Hospital Infection Control Committee and Department of Microbiology had organised Value added course in Hospital Infection control for JR II from 19 th July to 22 nd July 2022. Total 22
Residents from Clinical & Para clinical department attended the course. Dr .
V.R.Thombare,Dr. Neena Nagdeo, Dr Umesh Hassani ,Dr Ujjwala Dehankar,Dr Rashmi
Mahalle and Dr Pallavi Tatte were faculty. A Pre Test Questionnaire was given to all to know
the basic knowledge. Interactive sessions were conducted for participants. All the Residents
participated actively in the activity. Post test questionnaire was given to residents and
certificate of participation was given on last day.
Training of Hospital supervisor on Spill management was organised by HICC & Dept of Microbiology on 24.6.2022. This interactive session was conducted by Dr Neena Nagdeo ,Prof & Head Dept of Microbiology.
Poster Competition was organised for UG Students on Hand Hygiene Day on 5/5/2022 by HICC and Dept of Microbiology. Total 130 students participated in this competition and prizes were given to best three entries.
