Report of Parent Teacher Meet held for First MBBS students on 31st May 2021
MET Unit and UG cell had organized a parent teacher meet from 11am to 12 noon on 31st May 2021 using the Microsoft Team platform.
The meeting started with welcome by Dr Madhur Gupta, Professor and Head, Biochemistry & UG Cell Incharge.
Hon Dean Dr Kajal Mitra addressed the parents. He briefed them about the academic activities carried out by N. K. P Salve Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre going on since 26th Feb 2021. More than 325 online sessions which included either online, audio ppt, assignments, video links etc were conducted and uploaded for Ist year MBBS students. Teachers training program was also conducted by MET Unit to train all the teachers in using various online platforms. He also informed them that ANUBANDH program which is a student mentorship program was also held for the students on 1st March 2021. Total 148 parents and 12 teachers attended the meeting.
The session was followed by question and answer session in which answers to questions regarding hostel fees, mess fees, internal examination, practical / demonstration uploads were answered by Dr Deepali Onkar, Dr Sawane, Dr Madhur Gupta, Dr Saoji, Professor and Head of departments of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry and Community Medicine respectively.
Dr Suresh Chari, Director Research & MET Unit briefed the parents and impressed the fact they could contact the UG Cell and college for any queries and difficulties.
The meeting ended with vote of thanks.
Report of Parent Teacher Meet held for First MBBS students
(supplementary exam going batch) on 6th June 2022
UG cell had organized an online parent teacher meet 12 noon on 6th June 2022 using the Goggle meet platform.
The meeting started with welcome by Dr Madhur Gupta, Professor and Head, Biochemistry & Director MET Unit and UG Cell Incharge.
Hon Dean Dr Kajal Mitra addressed the parents. He briefed them about the result of First MBBS which was declared in May 2022 and apprised them the importance of the university exam which is scheduled in July 2022. He asked the parents to motivate their wards so that they could excel in this exam which is important for their future. Total 24 parents attended this online meet. Some parents expressed the difficulties which the wards were facing for the coming examination.
Dr Madhur Gupta positively stated that the classes for these students would start from 7th June 2022 and assured the parents that all possible help would be given to the students by all the departments. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks

Report of Parent Teacher Meet held for First MBBS students
on 12 th Sept 2022
UG cell had organized an online parent teacher meet 12 noon on 12 th Sept 2022 using theMicrosoft Teams platform.
The meeting started with welcome by Dr Madhur Gupta, Professor and Head, Biochemistry; Director MET Unit and UG Cell Incharge.
Hon Dean Dr Kajal Mitra addressed the parents. He briefed them about the low attendance of the
students and apprised them the rules of MUHS Nashik regarding mandatory attendance of 75% in
theory and 80% in practical’s for appearing in the University exam.
This was followed by a question and answer session where in the parents communicated regarding
celebrations of festivals, hostel and teaching learning. Dr Madhur Gupta said that the attendance
of the wards would be sent from the starting of the course till date in a day or two and asked the
parents to note the same.
Total 124 parents attended this online meet.

Report of Parent Teacher Meet held on 2nd May 2023 for First MBBS students (2022 Batch)
UG Cell had organised an online Parent Teacher Meet at 11.00 am on 2nd May 2023 using the Google Meet Platform.
The meeting started with welcome by Dr. Neena Nagdeo, Professor & Head , Department of Microbiology and UG Cell Incharge.
At the outset Dr. Nagdeo informed the parents that 1st Term Exam Result was conveyed to parents. The students attendance is recorded on ERP for Theory and Manual attendance is recorded for Practicals.
Hon’ble Dean Dr. Kajal Mitra addressed the parents regarding attendance of students. He briefed them about the importance of attending classes regularly as more than 75% attendance is mandatory to appear for University exams. He asked the parents to motivate their wards so that their performance in Exams will also improve. Total 65 parents attended this online meet. Some parents expressed that ERP attendance is not proper so manual attendance should be recorded. Dr. Rakhi Ambade (Tirpude) Asso Professor Physiology informed the parents that Internal Assessment exams are important as the students have to secure at least 50% mark in it to be eligible for University Exam. Dr. Madhur Gupta Professor & Head of the Department Biochemistry informed that for morning lecture on 2nd May only 40 students were present. Dr. Neena Nagdeo Professor & Head , Department of Microbiology and UG Cell Incharge assured the parents that ERP attendance recording will be checked, but at the same time parents should encourage their wards to attend the classes regularly.
