NOGSPGCON 2022, a post- graduate review course for examination , with paper poster presentation and post graduate Urogynecology quiz was organized on 17th , 18th ,19th and 20th of February by Nagpur Obstetrics and Gynecological Society in association with NKP Salve Institute of medical sciences and Research Centre at lata Mangeshkar hospital . The program was organized for postgraduate students in Obstetrics and gynecology all over Vidarbha . The dynamic duo of Dr. Alka Mukherjee, President NOGS and Dr. Ashish Kubde honorary seceratary NOGS were instrumental in connecting all Vidarbha OBGY postgraduate Students for this academic feast . The program gathered a huge response under the able guidance of organizing chairperson , Professor and Head department of OBGY NKPSIMS Dr.Anuja Bhalerao, Professor Dr. Anjali Kawthalkar, and Dr. Sulabha Joshi . Organizin secretary Dr. Prachi Dixit and Dr. Varsha Kose with whole team of NKPSIMS worked hard for success of program. The chief guest of inauguration ceremony Dr. Kajal Mitra stressed upon yearly formative assessments for post graduate students and enforcing skill domain of the students for attaining better competency for standard patient care. On 17th Feb that is first day of conference was an academic display of posters and research papers by 18 participants who enthusiastically participated in competition. Dr. Charmy Vashi from NKP SIMS bagged first prize in paper presentation. Dr. Mansi Jain from GMC Nagpur and Dr. Shraddha Rao from NKPSIMS won first prize in poster presentation. On 18th 19th and 20th feb there were case presentations by students with various faculties as examiners. Dr. Savita somalwar and Dr. Nikita Vijay , as incharge of scientific program roped in 43 eminent faculties from all over India and Vidarbha for interacting with students as examiners for cases, table vivas and ward rounds. On 20th Feb Urogynecology quiz was conducted. The quiz masters Dr. Kanchan Dwidmuthe , Dr. Savita Somalwar, Dr. Nikita Vijay, Dr. Sheela Jain, Dr. Amrita Singh, Dr. Rita Bang, Dr. Rohini Bhoyar, Dr. Sanyukta Dawale , Dr. Snehal Naphde, Dr. Sharvari Lothe made the difficult topic interesting with fun based learning. Dr D. Buhariwala graced the quiz as judge and encouraged and inspired all the students for a bright future. Dr. Asawari Deo and Dr. Arzoo Chadha from JNMC Sawangi were winners of the quiz and Dr. Arya Chaubey and Dr. Disha Harikant from GMC Nagpur were runners up for the quiz. Program was attended and applauded by 95 delegates across Nagpur. The feedback received was encouraging . All students wanted continuation of such activity each year. Inauguration images
