Central Library
The NKPSIMS &RC and LMH Library is a ‘State of Art’, spacious & well stacked Library spread over 33000 sq. ft. area. Open from 9 a. m. to 8 p. m .Outer Reading room of Library open overnight for students. It is fully automated Library with ‘RFID’. Total seating capacity in the Library is 691 with a separate seating arrangement for teachers, postgraduates & under graduates. The Library is centrally ‘Air-conditioned’.
Air conditioned E-Library with 72 computers is available. VCDs, CDs & DVDs on various medical subjects are also available. Library has an adequate stock of undergraduate & postgraduate text & reference books along with national & international journals in print & E- versions. Several magazines & 16 news papers are also available.
The Library is subscribing ‘DELNET’, and ‘MEDLINE ULTIMATE’ database, 2596 E-journals, and 3000 above e-books are available. The Library is ‘automated’ with a management software named ‘Synchronik’.
The grand inauguration took place on 22/02/2021 at the hands of honorable chairman Shri Ranjitbabu Deshmukh and in the presence of working chairman Dr. Ashish Deshmukh, Shri Bhausaheb Bhoge-Founder Secretary VSPM ,Ex. Dean Dr. Gopal Dubey, Dr Kajal Mitra-Dean NKPSIMS & RC and LMH , Dr. V. Thombare-Vice Dean and other dignitaries.
